When purchasing a rural property there are a number of factors you need to consider from social and financial to environmental and physical.
At Beautiful Farms we inspect properties pre purchase and provide a report on the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats of the property. We meet with you first to identify what you want from the property and then inspect the property with this in mind.
We focus on what you want the property to do and look like. We then tell you if the property will allow that. The process is similar to a “Building Inspection” for houses – however it applies to the farm and its infrastructure.
The inspection and report are very detailed and include such things as: scale, location, topography, aspect, soil and fertility, drainage, pastures and weeds, fences and subdivision, infrastructure, climate, water, potential etc.
Beautiful Farms also provides a “property for sale inspection” where we visit the property and provide a series of recommendations to make your property more attractive to buyers.
